Stewart Group Inspection & Analysis are delighted to announce the opening of our new sample preparation facility located right in the heart of Nordenham Port, Germany.
The new facility is fully equipped to provide full service solutions for Solid Fuel and Concentrate materials, including moisture determination, screen sizing, crushing and final sample preparation.
This development is in addition to our well established sample preparation facility in Hamburg and ensures the provision of quality onsite services (fast & effective turnaround) at multiple North German Ports.
Our dedicated 24 hour facility is located at the Rhenus Midgard Terminal in Nordenham, directly opposite the coal terminal stockpiles enabling Stewart Group to quickly prepare samples at the customer’s request and report directly from our dedicated onsite office.
Each of our Nordenham and Hamburg operations are staffed with experienced Stewart Group Surveyors; experts in the inspection and sampling of a wide variety of Solid Fuels, Ferro-Alloys, Concentrates and Ores.
From Nordenham Port, Stewart Group will also provide inspection, sampling and sample preparation services to the North German Port of Wilhelmshaven.
Stewart Group offers the following services for all North German Ports:

- Weight Determination (Draft Survey / Barge Gauging).
- Supervision of discharge / loading.
- Sampling of discharge / loading.
