Quality control includes the extensive use of CRMs, duplicate analysis and blanks. Random samples are repeated regularly to monitor overall quality control. We participate in the Proficiency Testing Scheme run by CCRMP, receiving top rating for all elements on all occasions. We have been awarded the Certificate of Laboratory Proficiency every year, and achieve consistently excellent results in Geostats Round Robins.
We are proactively investing in new technology to improve the quality, speed and accuracy of analysis that you need. For example, our automated, multi-pour system in the fire assay section in our laboratory in Ireland, enables 50 crucibles to be loaded at a time and simultaneously poured into moulds.
