Major exploration projects generate thousands of samples annually. Shipping samples from field site to laboratory can be an expensive process, particularly considering the average sample weighs around 3kg.

We have the in-house expertise to design, install, commission and staff portable sample preparation facilities or full analytical laboratories at mining and exploration sites worldwide. Most mobile facilities are fitted with jaw crusher, riffle splitter and grinding mills to prepare and reduce sample weight to more cost-effective volumes, typically ranging from 100g to 150g in weight.

Onsite laboratories are customised to meet your precise specifications and are suitable for major exploration projects and mining sites. The laboratories are extremely resilient and can also be reused for future project work – simply disconnect and transport to the next project site once your initial project has finished.

All electrical wiring is fitted in the UK. If required a generator can be supplied to enable work to be performed in remote regions. Once prepared, samples are shipped via express courier to any of our laboratories for full geochemical analysis.
